As a Somatic mentor, Belief Coding® specialist, and trained Reiki practitioner she integrates these powerful modalities to support individuals in their healing and personal growth journeys. Hannah’s approach is deeply rooted in the belief that true transformation comes from aligning mind, body, and spirit, and she is committed to guiding her clients toward greater well-being and self-awareness.

I used to HATE my sensitivity, believing it made me vulnerable and weak. I thought it meant other people could control my experience and my emotions. Then I came across the term Empath and started to embrace my sensitivity - however I would also become defensive and resentful because I still couldn’t set boundaries and still felt like other people had power over me. I realised although my sensitivity contributes to my creative nature and enhances the work I now do with others - it is not a signal I am a lightworker or special - it is a maladaptive response to difficult experiences.

What empowered me was owning that I am responsible for my experiences. To own that my reality was my brain filtering out the “evidence” from my experiences to match my belief system. This is what was controlling how I felt about myself and assisting me in making choices that cemented this belief system. The path to least resistance is for the external reality to align with internal beliefs. The brain favours things making sense and will often repel experiences that challenge this programming. I would compulsively think over situations, looking for MEANING; what does this mean about me? By staying in my head, I was staying out of my body.

I noticed my manifesting started to shift when I began to spend more time in my body than attempting to control everything in my head. If we say “I am attracting success and abundance into my life” but our deep rooted belief is “it is not safe to show up” then this will create cognitive dissonance and the brain will continue to seek out experiences which match up to the limiting belief.

Shifting out of victim mode and building self worth, rewiring the brain and rewriting our narratives from the inside out is where the magic lies. Creating trust in the body, using right and left brain integration and understanding how sensitivity can be retuned as intuition to serve us, instead of leaking energy out trying to control, feeling resentful or consumed with shame is the ultimate glow up.

    We will collaborate over zoom for 6 weeks. 10 sessions (2 per week) on zoom for the first 5 weeks, followed by 2 follow up calls in the final 2 weeks to support you as you live from your reprogrammed, empowered mind! We will work together to find times that work so it is manageable within your current schedule.

BELIEF CODING®

‘Belief Coding® is a revolutionary healing method that is science-backed and spiritual, changing beliefs at a subconscious level’. Belief Coding can help you to become unstuck, increase self-esteem + take the actions that will most serve the life we want. Belief coding® can rapidly reach the root of fears, addictions + trauma responses using kinesiology, EFT, NLP, emotion coding and positive psychology to reprogram sub-conscious beliefs + cultivate freedom from stuck patterns + perceived limitations.

Why change our belief system?

Have you noticed how life can look very different based on the perception you experience it through? Our brains are always filtering out evidence of not what is true, but our most programmed beliefs about ourselves. Talking can be effective but the web of beliefs about ourselves + the world is always governing our decisions, our relationships, our state of mind +what we believe we deserve. That is why even with awareness + emotional intelligence we contineu patterns that we know do not serve us; leading to a cycle of sabotage + frustration. Changing our network of beliefs transforms the lens we view our lives through + in turn what we attract into our lives. There was never anything wrong with you, only a formation of beliefs overriding your autonomy.

Can Belief coding® help you? If you have tried relentlessly to change a habit but keep returning to the same pattern, it isn't due to a lack of determination, but linked to a default way of being stemming from a deeply rooted trapped emotion embedded in old belief systems. We cannot cognitively think our way out of these survival mechanisms, Finalising the session, you will set goals in aliment with your new belief system.

The priority of these sessions will be safety. The aim is not to delve back into the dark narratives of the trauma, which can often be re-traumatising, but rather to effectively locate the trapped emotion + memory + be safely guided into alchemising old stories + reframing your programming from the inside out.

Each session lasts 90 minutes. £111 for one session or £300 for 3 sessions.

REIKI

Reiki's gentle yet powerful approach to healing makes it a versatile and widely appreciated practice for both physical and emotional well-being. Hannah is a trained Reiki practitioner and has seen first hand the true transformative results with her clients.

Stress Reduction and Relaxation: Reiki is widely used to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Many people report feeling peaceful, calm, and more centred after a session.

Pain Relief: Some individuals find relief from chronic pain and other physical discomforts through regular Reiki sessions.

Emotional Healing: Reiki can help in releasing emotional blockages, providing clarity, and supporting emotional balance.

Complementary Therapy: Reiki is often used in conjunction with other healing practices like massage therapy, yoga, and meditation, enhancing the overall therapeutic effect.

Healing Through Hands: Reiki is often described as "laying on of hands" because practitioners use their hands to channel energy into the recipient's body. The practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body to transfer energy, which is believed to balance the recipient's energy and facilitate healing.

Holistic Approach: Reiki addresses the whole person, including the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. It aims to bring about deep relaxation, alleviate stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.

Non-Invasive and Safe: Reiki is gentle and non-invasive. It can be used alongside other conventional or alternative therapies and is suitable for people of all ages. Since it involves no physical manipulation, it’s a safe practice even for those with medical conditions.

Session Experience: Hannah is able to perform Reiki both online or in person. A Reiki session should take place in a calm, quiet environment. The recipient remains fully clothed, often lying on a massage table or seated comfortably.
